
Snohomish County – Earth Week Free Recycling Event
Bring hard-to-recycle items to this event to be recycled or properly disposed of for FREE (residential loads only). Once you drop your recyclables off, park your car and wander around the many displays to learn more about programs and initiatives across county government and beyond that are doing their part to improve climate resiliency.
- When: Saturday, April 27, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. (or until trucks are at capacity)
- Where: Evergreen State Fair Park, West (Red) Parking Lot; 14405 179th Ave SE, Monroe, WA 98272
Styrofoam
Items Accepted:
Must be free from all tape and labels.
- Clean Styrofoam; look for #6 or EPS in the chasing arrow symbol
- XPS Foam Insulation (pink, blue, or gray)
- Clean Styrofoam takeout containers
- Clean LDPE #4
- Clean shipping coolers
- Clean Styrofoam sheets
- Clear bubble wrap

Fluorescent Lightbulbs
