Our Technology Access Program provides affordable computing for low-income individuals and non-profit groups.

If you are a nonprofit, spiritual, or educational institution, 3R Technology can provide low-cost desktop and laptop technology solutions to fit your budget. As a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher, Third Party Refurbisher, we can provide Citizenship licensing to your organization at a reduced cost compared to standard retail pricing.

HOW DO I QUALIFY?
Low-income individuals will need to email proof household income is below the state poverty level or have an EBT card or prove they receive Medicaid, SSI, TANF, GA-U, DSHS support free or reduced school lunches.

Nonprofits must provide their associated EIN number.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Each computer comes with a fully licensed version of Microsoft Windows 11 Professional.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?
We offer an extended hardware-only warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase. Hardware will either be repaired or replaced with equivalent or better available.
